1. Image Usage and Licensing

All images displayed on this website, including previews, are for review purposes only and remain the intellectual property of Tito Media. These previews are provided to allow clients and models to view potential image selections for purchase or licensing. No image may be copied, downloaded, screenshot, reproduced, distributed, or used in any form without explicit written permission or a valid license agreement.

Upon purchase or licensing, images may be used in accordance with the agreed terms (e.g., editorial, promotional, personal use). Unauthorized use of images will result in legal action.

2. Copyright

All content on this website – including but not limited to photographs, text, layout, and graphics – is copyrighted and owned by Tito Media. No content may be reproduced, copied, or used without prior written consent.

3. Collaborations and TFP

Collaborative or TFP (Trade For Portfolio) shoots are subject to separate agreements. All parties involved must agree to image usage and sharing terms, and Tito Media retains the right to display and promote the images on its website, social media, and marketing platforms unless otherwise agreed.

4. Image Delivery & Payment

Images are delivered via a secure download link or gallery after payment has been made (unless agreed otherwise).
