Winning the prestigious international title caps off an amazing year for Amanda who only celebrated her 21st birthday the night before the Miss Hawaiian Tropic Australia final in Surfers Paradise back in April 2009 and declared that her only wish for her birthday was to win the Australian title. Her wish was granted and a whirlwind year ensued with numerous magazine shoots culminating in her winning the ZOO Weekly Real Girl competition and pocketing the $10,000 cash prize. Now, being able to add the title Miss Hawaiian Tropic International to her already impressive CV is naturally going to be a huge bonus. Somehow we suspect that this is only the beginning for our Amanda! Well done indeed - we are extremely proud of you!
A huge congrats also goes to The Bedroom Nightclub in Surfers Paradise where Amanda's incredible journey started when she won their Miss Hawaiian Tropic Australia venue final!
